Few have the time or experience to make a fresh holiday fruitcake. There are thousands of bad fruitcake recipes.
What’s your pleasure? A holiday fruitcake should be what you want, with your choice of fruit and nuts. We currently offer traditional whole red and green cherries, pineapple wedges, diced ginger, diced citron, pecans and walnuts. All fruit or all nuts available. We add five spices, molasses and vanilla.
